Membership Rules SISPAB Membership rules SISPAB Membership Rules An organization shall disassociate from and cease to be a member of SISPAB upon the occurrence of one (1) or more of the following events: Membership Registration Fee: Tk.25,000/- andAnnual Subscription Fee is Tk.5000/- Failure to clear annual subscription within 7 months from the date of due. Notice will be issued a month before cessation. The executive council will have the authority to expel a member if they are when it is found that the member organization is involved in anti-state or anti-social activities. All the members must comply with professional and legal guidelines. Any serious violation of such guidelines may result into expulsion of the members from the association. SMS is a service. Any kind of fraud by any member company will undermine the reputation of the entire sector. Members must respect other members and treat them equally. They should assist colleagues and co-workers in their professional development and to support them in following this code of conduct. Members should not engage in activities that will be harmful to other fellow members. Members should accept responsibility in making decisions consistent with the safety, health, and welfare of the people, and to disclose promptly factors that might endanger the people or the environment. Members must be honest and realistic in stating claims or estimates based on available data. Members must avoid injuring others, their property, reputation, or employment by false or malicious action. Members must protect the public interest and discharge with integrity all duties and services owed to the public, fellow members, industry people, and clients. The obligation to protect the public interest is paramount and must prevail when there is a conflict with other obligations Members should not be involved in any dishonorable or questionable conduct, including conduct that may be averse to the public interest or lacks integrity, will reflect adversely on the member, the integrity of the association. If the conduct is such that knowledge of it would be likely to impair trust in the member as a professional, then SISPAB will be justified in taking disciplinary action.
